Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 8:30 p.m. the 58-year-old was being seen at CHI Mercy Medical Center for unknown medical issues and wanted to report that his vehicle had been stolen. Officers informed the man that his vehicle was being towed by Oregon State Police after a pursuit with himself.

The man had an active warrant for his arrest. He was not taken into custody due to medical complications.
