Roseburg Police jailed a man for violation of a no contact order on Thursday evening.

An RPD report said the 34-year-old allegedly violated the order by entering the victim’s residence on multiple occasions since being served. All parties involved claimed the man could be at the residence in the 900 block of West Stanton Street if the victim was not present.

However, the order clearly stated that the man was restrained from being at or within 150 feet of the property. He was taken into custody and was detained without bail.
