Roseburg Police cited two people for offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 12:35 p.m. a 31-year-old woman and 41-year-old man were contacted in the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. The pair were found to have a large amount of garbage and debris surrounding them. Both people were released after their citations were issued.
