Roseburg Police arrested a Roseburg man Monday morning on charges of criminal trespassing at a business in the 900-block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

An RPD report said that officers responded to the business after a loss/prevention employee reported a male was inside the store after being trespassed from the premises on multiple occasions.

When officers contacted the 38-year-old, he allegedly admitted to being inside the store and stated the was a law enforcement officer investigating an incident in the store’s bathroom.

The man was taken into custody and lodged at Douglas County Corrections. He has since been released.
