Roseburg Police arrested Justin Jones on felony assault charges early Saturday morning after he allegedly admitted to kicking a woman in the ribs.

According to the RPD report, officers received a report that Jones had gotten into a physical altercation with a woman. Roseburg Police said the victim claimed she had a hard time breathing after being kicked and she thought her ribs were broken.

Jones was taken into custody and lodged at Douglas County Corrections. He’s being held without bail.
