Roseburg Police arrested a 41-year-old Roseburg man on harassment charges after he allegedly punched a man in the Mercy Medical Center parking lot Sunday.

The two men were reportedly arguing around 7:30 p.m. when the 41-year-old hit the other man in the face. RPD said there were no injuries reported from the altercation.

The 41-year-old was cited and released at Douglas County Corrections.
