A Sutherlin woman was arrested in the early morning hours Wednesday on an alleged noise complaint.

Sutherlin Police received a report of a woman yelling around 2:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of Sunny Court in Sutherlin. The SPD record shows officers were contacted by a neighbor claiming the 51-year-old subject was “yelling at the top of her lungs” and the noise could be heard from nearby houses.

Officers reportedly confirmed the complaint via video evidence and the woman was taken into custody and lodged at Douglas County Corrections on charges of disorderly conduct. The woman has since been released.
