Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited outdoor burning on Monday evening.

An RPD report said at 7:10 p.m. the 35-year-old was contacted at a camp in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The woman said she was watching the camp for a friend but admitted to starting a fire to dry her clothing. She was released after the citation was issued.
