Roseburg Police cited a woman for harassment on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 4:45 p.m. a victim claimed that a 35-year-old woman confronted him outside a store and began yelling at him in the 2900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. During the altercation, she reportedly punched him in the face.

An officer contacted the suspect, who admitted to the altercation. She was cited in lieu of custody.
