ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR REPORTED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported disorderly conduct incident early Thursday.

An RPD report said shortly after 3:00 a.m. officers responded to the Roseburg VA campus in the 1400 block of Northwest Veterans Way. They found that a 67-year-old had allegedly pulled the fire alarm at the apartment complex after stating that people were after him. His statements were found to not be true, and he appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamine.

The man was charged with first-degree disorderly conduct and a parole violation. He was detained on $3,500 bail.
