Umpqua Movement Arts Collaboration is hosting “Fall into Dance” this Sunday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. The event will be held at the pavilion at Stewart Park in Roseburg.

“Fall into Dance” is described as an ecstatic dance event where participants will enjoy the stylings of DJ Bon Bon Spirit to experience electric dance music, movement meditation, global beats, and freeform dance jams. Ecstatic dance is a global phenomenon which features dance without shoes, without words, and with your “uninterrupted self”. Participants will have expectations of no drugs or alcohol, no cell phones, no cameras, no talking and an opportunity to simply be present without judgement of yourself or others.
