A Myrtle Creek man was jailed following an alleged criminal mischief incident on Tuesday afternoon.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 1:50 p.m. a caller said a man had thrown a rock through the window of an unoccupied business in the 200 block of South Old Pacific Highway in the Myrtle Creek area. A 46-year-old was located who matched the suspect description. The owner of the building wanted to pursue charges.
The suspect was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was detained without bail and was released on Wednesday.
