ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

Roseburg Police jailed a man for a criminal mischief incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. officer contacted 30-year-old Jordan Edwards in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, after he allegedly damaged property at a business. Edwards was asked to leave repeatedly by employees and refused. He then walked to a nearby coffee stand and threw an item at employees while screaming at them.

Edwards was taken into custody without incident and transported to corrections. He was charged with second-degree counts of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $6,250.
