Roseburg Police cited five people for drinking in public early Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:10 a.m. the group, ranging in age from 25 to 29, was contacted in the parking lot of a business in the 2700 block of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. Those on site were allegedly drinking Twisted Tea or BuzzBallz.

Each person was released after their citation was issued.
