Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:00 p.m. the 40-year-old was contacted after it was reported that he was trespassing in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. During the contact, it was discovered that the man had a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, and the warrant was confirmed.

The man was allegedly found to be in possession of 0.49 grams of methamphetamine. He was transported to corrections. Bail was set at $ 8.750. The man was cited for the methamphetamine.
