A transient was jailed following a reported trespass incident on Thursday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 11:20 a.m. the 45-year-old returned to a business in the 4700 block of Northeast Stephens Street, after having been previously trespassed from that location. An employee stated the suspect was refusing to leave. The man was contacted and was taken into custody without incident. He was detained without bail and was released on Friday morning.
