Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. 67-year-old James Breslin allegedly sprayed a victim with wasp spray and trespassed in the golf cart building at the Stewart Park Golf Course in the 1100 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive. Breslin’s probation officer authorized a detainer for him committing new crimes.

He was charged with second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and trespass, harassment and a probation violation. Bail was set at $6,250
