Roseburg Police cited ten people for prohibited camping between early Monday morning and early Tuesday morning.

Reports from RPD said all those cited were at The Point in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Their camps all violated various portions of the city’s time, place and manner camping regulations. Everyone was released after their citations were issued.
