Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering on Thursday night.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. officers contacted the 49-year-old in front of city hall in the 900 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. She had allegedly thrown a large amount of trash all over the sidewalk. The woman was released after the citation was issued.
