Roseburg Police cited a man for a sex crime on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 9:40 p.m. an officer contacted the 68-year-old in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway because he was drinking in public. The man was found to have failed to report as a sex offender since 2021. He was cited for both offenses and released.
