Roseburg Police cited a man for harassment on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 3:00 p.m. officers contacted the 25-year-old in the 1900 block of Southeast Stephens Street, regarding an ongoing investigation. The man admitted to sending electronic threats of inflicting serious physical harm to a victim.

The suspect was cited and released without incident.
