Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Monday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. officers arrested the 31-year-old woman for a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicants, third-degree assault and reckless driving. She was detained without bail.
