Roseburg Police cited a man for driving while suspended on Monday.

An RPD report said at 3:50 p.m. officers stopped the 45-year-old near the intersection of Southeast Stephens Street and Southeast Cass Avenue because the driver was not wearing his seat belt. During the stop, the man admitted that he should not be driving. The officer learned by man’s license was criminally suspended. His vehicle was legally parked and the man was released after his citation was issued.
