Roseburg Police cited a man following a traffic stop on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle after noting the driver was not wearing his seat belt. This took place in the 200 block of Reston Avenue. The 34-year-old driver returned as driving while suspended-misdemeanor with a partial re-instatement. However, the man was driving outside his restrictions.

He was also cited in lieu of custody for failure to wear a seat belt and driving uninsured. The man was released and advised not to drive.
