Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree disorderly conduct on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 10:45 p.m. officers responded to the Roseburg Public Library in the 1400 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard after receiving numerous calls that a 22-year-old man was laying in the middle of the roadway.

Officers located the man in the parking lot of the library, and he immediately ran into the roadway and laid in front of two moving vehicles. The man was taken into custody without incident and was transported to corrections. Due to his level of intoxication and his use of Ecstasy, he was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center.
