Adapt Integrated Health Care has officially been designated as a Certified Worksite by Thrive Umpqua, a recognition of its ongoing commitment to employee health and well-being.
A Thrive Umpqua release said the recertification acknowledges Adapts’ dedication to fostering a healthier work environment, building upon initiatives that began with the Blue Zones Project. The Thrive Umpqua Worksite Program incorporates evidence-based strategies across areas such as Physical Environment, Benefits, Leadership, Social Network, Purpose and Work Community. By implementing these strategies, Adapt reinforces its commitment to a healthy, balanced, and engaged workplace cultural, as reflected in his human resources policies.
