Roseburg Police cited two men for second-degree disorderly conduct on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 10:15 a.m. officers responded to a disturbance at a business in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Officers contacted a 30-year-old and a 43-year-old who both stated they had engaged in a fight over domestic issues involving the younger man’s ex-wife. Both were released after the citations were issued.
