Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of second-degree criminal trespass and failure to report as a sex offender, on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 3:50 p.m. the 68-year-old was contacted behind a business in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, because he was being investigated for trespassing at the location. The man was taken into custody.  He was detained without bail and was released later on Tuesday.
