Roseburg Police cited two people for harassment on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:40 a.m. officers responded to a disturbance in the 300 block of Southeast Pine Street. The investigation found that a 71-year-old man pushed a door into a victim while he was checking on his rental property. The suspect’s son, aged 20, then reportedly tackled him.

Both people were released after the citations were issued.
