Roseburg Police cited a woman following an injury crash on Saturday.
An RPD report said just after 12:00 p.m. officers responded to a wreck at the intersection of Southeast Pine Street and Southeast Woodward Avenue. During the investigation it was discovered that 25-year-old Tiffany Williams left her house after an argument, hit a parked car, left the scene, then ran a stop sign, causing a second driver to T-bone her vehicle at the intersection.
The vehicle hit, which contained multiple passengers, flipped onto its side. Williams’ vehicle struck a house after it was hit. The occupants of the second vehicle were treated at the scene by medical and were released with apparent minor injuries. Williams was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center and was later discovered to have a broken hip. She was cited for reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver, second-degree criminal mischief, and failure to obey a traffic control device.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene. The crash caused Southeast Pine Street to be closed for an extended period of time.
