Roseburg Police jailed a man and cited a woman following and alleged harassment case on Tuesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 10:00 a.m. officers responded to a disturbance in the 1000 block of Southeast Main Street. A 68-year-old man allegedly threw mop water on victim. She admitted to throwing coffee on the man in retaliation.

The man reportedly resisted arrest while being taken into custody. He was charged with harassment and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $8,750. The victim was cited for harassment and was released.
