In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Music on the Half Shell concludes its 33rd season Tuesday night.

Sinkane is a Sudanese American musician who blends krautrock, progressive rock, electronica, free jazz and funk rock with Sudanese pop.

The music will kick off at 7:00 p.m. at Nichol’s Band Shell in Roseburg’s Stewart Park.

Food trucks and vendors will have a wide variety of dinner items and snacks available. Attendees can also bring their meal from home, along with wine or beer.

Blankets can be put out ahead of time.

Concerts are free to the public, thanks to a long list of sponsors, including companies and individuals.
