Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant, following incidents in the 600 block of Southeast Fisher Drive on Saturday.

An RPD report said shortly after 10:00 a.m. officers contacted the 51-year-old man after several residents in the area called to say he was walking around in circles with a blanket over his head and behaving strangely.

The man was found to have a warrant for his arrest. It was confirmed and he was taken into custody without incident. The man was detained without bail.
