The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate 39-year-old Owen Weese.

Undersheriff Brad’ O’Dell said Weese was last seen at approximately 9:45 p.m. Wednesday when he was dropped off near milepost 6.1 on Windy Creek Road in Glendale, to look for his German Shorthair dog.

O’Dell said Weese is a white male standing 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Weese was last known to be wearing a green and white baseball cap, brown sweatshirt, dark colored jeans and very worn black boots.

O’Dell said Weese’s cell phone is not connected to the cellular network and cannot be used to aid in locating him at this time. Neither Weese nor his dog have returned to the location where he was residing.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Weese is asked to contact the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office at 440-4471.
