Roseburg Police jailed a man on multiple warrants on Thursday night.

An RPD report said officers contacted 42-year-old Kirk Opheim in the 400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard due to a report of suspicious activity. Opheim was detained due to the warrants. He was detained on $86,000 bail.
