Roseburg Police jailed a man for a reported criminal trespass incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said just after 8:30 a.m. officers responded to a store in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers learned that the 45-year-old had been trespassed from the business previously. He was taken into custody without incident.

Officers learned that the business owner had pictures of the man urinating on the building after being escorted out by employees.

He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and cited for public urination. The man was detained on $1,250 bail.
