Sutherlin Police jailed a man for second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass on Tuesday afternoon.

An SPD report said just before 4:00 p.m. the manager of a pizza business in the 1000 block of West Central Avenue said a man had entered the store and was arguing with employees. When the 31-year-old left, he allegedly pointed his finger like a gun and said he was going to come back and shoot the staff. The man had been previously trespassed from the business.

The suspect was found at a second pizza business a few block away. He was taken into custody without incident. The man was detained on $3,750 bail.
