Roseburg Police cited a woman for harassment on Monday night.

An RPD report said that at 9:44 pm, officers responded to CHI Mercy Medical Center in the 2700 block of Stewart Parkway after a 54-year-old woman punched an emergency room staff member in the face. During the contact, the suspect admitted to hitting the staff member in the face, according to police. The suspect was cited and released on the scene before being admitted to the hospital for several medical conditions.
