Umpqua Valley Farm to School invites the community to its new “Garden Happy Hour” series.

The event began on July 10th and is continuing the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Umpqua Dairy Garden, located at 1240 Southeast Mill Street in Roseburg.

This free family-friendly gathering is designed to revitalize the garden as a welcoming hub for wellness, gardening and neighborhood connection. Everyone is welcome from avid gardeners to the garden-curious, regardless of age and abilities.

Attendees will enjoy:

*One complimentary beverage – either craft beer or kombucha

*Opportunities to rent a garden bed and learn how to grow your own food

*Hands-on activities in the garden – bring tools, seeds or starts

Garden Happy Hour aims to inspire residents to engage in agriculture, support local producers and contribute to a greener, healthier Roseburg.
