Roseburg Police jailed a man for seconds-degree criminal trespass early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at 12:20 a.m. officers observed the 48-year-old walking down the 600 block of Southeast Jackson Street with an open beer container. Officers contacted the 48-year-old and learned that he was excluded from the downtown area for a prior case of drinking in public. He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
