Roseburg Police charged a fugitive Tuesday who was already in jail.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers learned the 48-year-old was already in custody on an unrelated charge. Officers served the man with an arrest warrant, which was added to his list of charges.

He remains detained on $2,500 bail.
