Roseburg Police charged a man Monday for an alleged prior criminal mischief.

An RPD report said officers contacted the 29-year-old after he was developed as a suspect from an incident that occurred on July 13th. During the investigation, it was discovered that the man had allegedly thrown an object through a window of the victim’s truck, causing it to shatter. Just before 3:30 p.m. the man was taken into custody without incident.

He was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and was detained on $6,250 bail. The man was released from custody later in the day.
