Roseburg Police jailed a man for a parole violation on Friday.

An RPD report said just after 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year-old at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He was found to be wanted by his parole officer, who authorized a detainer. The man was detained without bail.
