Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a warrant and other charges on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:45 p.m. officers contacted 34-year-old Jaime Hunt in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street, knowing she had a warrant for her arrest. Hunt allegedly took off on a bicycle and refused to stop. Officers chased Hunt and eventually removed her from the bike, at which time, she reportedly resisted arrest.

Her warrant was confirmed, and she was taken into custody and transported to corrections. Hunt was also charged with third-degree escape and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $12,500.
