Roseburg Police jailed a man for violation of a restraining order early Tuesday.

An RPD report said shortly after 2:30 a.m. the 40-year-old allegedly contacted a protected party while going to the ADAPT showers on Northeast Rowe Street, violating a valid restraining order. The man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $5,000.
