ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR SEVERAL WARRANTS

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for several warrants on Thursday.

AN RPD report said 5:50 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle for not having a front license plate and the driver allegedly provided identification that did not belong to her. The stop took place in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens Street.

Officers recognized her and learned she had the warrants out of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, RPD and a county in Arizona for her arrest. The warrants were confirmed, and she was taken into custody. Bail was set at $71,250.
