Roseburg Police cited one driver following a two-vehicle crash on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 9:55 a.m. officers contacted two drivers after a wreck at the intersection of Southeast Washington Avenue and Southeast Stephens Street. A 22-year-old said he was turning right onto Southeast Washington from Southeast Stephens, and the second driver, a 35-year-old woman, claimed her light was green while turning into the same lane.

No independent witnesses were available. The woman admitted to not having insurance. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.
