Roseburg Police cited a man for a warrant on Thursday night.

An RPD report said just at approximately 11:50 p.m. officers contacted the 63-year-old in the 400 block of Northeast Winchester Street and learned he had a cite and released warrant out of RPD. He was cited and released on the scene without issue.
