Roseburg Police jailed a man on charges of second-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering, following an incident Thursday morning.
An RPD report said at 6:30 a.m. officers responded to a store in the 700 block of Southeast Oak Avenue regarding a 31-year-old who was allegedly refusing to leave the business. Employees said they locked the doors to the business after the man refused to leave the property. Then the suspect allegedly threw a garbage can at the front door.
Officers told the man to leave several times, but he refused. He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $2,500.
