Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 4:00 p.m. officers received a call regarding a man allegedly acting disorderly at a store in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. Employees stated that the man left, but they wanted him contacted and advised of trespass. Officers contacted the man, who was reportedly confrontational with officers. They had probable cause to arrest the suspect for trespassing at a nearby business about a week prior.
The man was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass. He was detained on $2,500 bail.
